when i work with headstart  my job is to make sure  that they all listen and they use  there Listen ears and they  listen to the  teachers  and sometimes i would do some of  the teachers  work and i would play with the kids and if the kids don't  listen me or one of the teachers would  talk to them  and to make sure they would use there Listing ears  and  make sure they  use there inside voice and  there walking feet and i only work in  morings and afternoons when i'am in and out of school  i work  from 10-11 and then 1- 4  to  make sure that head start has a Lesson plans for the weekend sometime out of the blue  if the kids are crying  one of the teachers would send them to there cube and   when they are ready to talk we would talk to them  and tell them to   use there Listen ears and be nice to your friends  and sometimes  if  one of the student don't listen we would  get mr. baldwin in the classroom  have him to  talk to  the student that don't listen . If the student don't listen we would  either let them go sit down or  let them  do  class work  when the others  get  to go play  and for snack  time we  tell them to  clean up and  wash there hands and after snack time they brush there teeth  and  in the afternoon i spend my time  cleaning the classroom or  doing the papers works  or preparing the class room for the next day .
